Accessibility Statement
What web accessibility is
Always On Electric Inc. wants everyone to be able to use alwaysonsd.com, including people with disabilities. This statement describes our goal, what we do to meet it, and how to reach us if something on the site does not work for you. It takes effect October 27, 2026.
Our commitment
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines help make web content easier to use for people who are blind or have low vision, are deaf or hard of hearing, have mobility or cognitive disabilities, or use assistive technology such as screen readers and keyboard-only navigation.
What we do

Build the site on a platform that supports keyboard navigation and screen readers.

Add descriptive alternative text to images.

Use clear headings and a consistent layout across pages.

Choose readable fonts and text sizes, and aim for strong contrast between text and background.

Make links and buttons descriptive, so they make sense out of context.

Review pages for accessibility issues when we add or change content.
Known limitations
We are still improving, and some parts of the site may not fully meet these guidelines yet. Content from other providers, such as the online booking calendar, embedded forms, and links to review sites like Yelp, is outside our direct control and may be harder to use with assistive technology.

If you find an accessibility problem or have a suggestion, tell us the page address, what went wrong, and the device or assistive technology you were using. We will respond within 2 business days and work to fix the issue as quickly as we can.
