Terms & Conditions
These terms apply when you use alwaysonsd.com or request, book, or receive services from Always On Electric Inc. By using the site or booking a service, you agree to them. They take effect October 27, 2026.
Who we are
Always On Electric Inc. is a licensed and bonded electrical contractor serving San Diego County (CSLB 1087774, C-10). We provide residential and commercial electrical work, EV charger installation, and solar and battery service.
Estimates and quotes
Most consultations are free. Prices or price ranges on our website, such as typical EV charger installation costs, are general guides and not a quote. Your final price depends on your property, your panel capacity, wiring distance, permit requirements, and the equipment you choose. We give you a written estimate before work starts, and an estimate is valid for 30 days unless it says otherwise.
Booking and fees
You can request service by form, phone, or our online booking calendar. Some services may be booked directly with a service fee. When a fee applies, we show it at booking, and we apply it toward the cost of any work you then hire us to perform. A booking is confirmed only when we send you a confirmation.
Written agreements
For larger jobs we will give you a written contract or proposal that describes the scope, price, schedule, and payment terms. If it conflicts with these terms, the written contract controls.
Payment
Payment is due as stated in your estimate or invoice. We accept the payment methods listed on your invoice. Late balances may be subject to the charges allowed by law and described in your agreement.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a visit by calling (858) 215-4949 or emailing alex@alwaysonsd.com. If you cancel with less notice or are not available when we arrive, we may keep a service fee that covers our travel and lost time. If we cancel, we will offer you a new time or a full refund of any fee you paid. Refunds are returned to your original payment method.
Permits, inspections, and site access
Most electrical, EV charger, and solar work requires a permit and inspection. We handle that process unless we agree otherwise. You agree to give us safe access to your property, panel, and work areas, to tell us about any hazards you know of, and to keep pets and children away from the work area. If we find unsafe conditions or code violations, we may pause work until they are fixed. Schedules depend on permit approval, utility interconnection, equipment availability, and weather, so dates are estimates.
Workmanship and warranty
We perform our work to applicable California electrical codes. Workmanship warranty terms for your job are stated in your estimate or contract. Manufacturer equipment warranties come from the manufacturer, and we will help you register or file a claim when we installed the equipment. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, power surges, changes made by others, or normal wear.
Website information
The content on our site is for general information. It is not professional advice for your specific property. Details such as equipment compatibility, utility rebates, tax credits, and incentives change often, and we cannot guarantee that you qualify for any of them. We confirm what applies to you during your estimate.

Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent California law allows, Always On Electric is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, such as lost income or loss of use, that arise from your use of the site or our services. Our total liability for any claim related to a job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or willful misconduct, or any rights you have under California contractor laws.
Disputes and governing law
California law governs these terms. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern directly. If we cannot, either of us may bring a claim in the courts located in San Diego County, California. You may also contact the Contractors State License Board (CSLB) about any contractor concern.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows the latest version. Changes do not affect a job already under a written agreement.
